Export formats and what they include
Pick the format that matches the downstream use. Excel preserves formatting; CSV is best for BI tools and scripts.
- XLSX, formatted with headers, frozen panes, color-coded deltas
- CSV, UTF-8 with BOM, comma-separated, no formatting
- Google Sheets, direct push to a sheet via OAuth
- JSON, raw structured data for developers (Agency plan)
Where to export from
Every table view in Workexe has an Export menu in the top-right toolbar. Filters, sort order and date range carry over to the export.
- Rank tracker, keyword + position history

Bulk and scheduled exports
On Agency plan, schedule exports to land in S3, Google Drive or Dropbox on a cadence.

Size and quota limits
Exports are unlimited on Standard and Agency. Free and Starter have monthly caps.
