Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need Notion to use this?
Yes for the live template. A static .docx and .xlsx version is also included for teams that don't use Notion, but you lose the database relations and live status sync.
Can I use this for a site with fewer than 100 pages?
Yes, but you can skip Sprint 4 (performance) if Core Web Vitals are already green and Sprint 5 (structured data) if you only have 3-5 page types. Total time shrinks to 6 weeks.
Is the timeline realistic for a small team?
90 days assumes 1 full-time SEO + 0.5 FTE dev support. For a 1-person team doing it solo with no dev support, plan 6-9 months and prioritise Sprints 1-3 first.
Can I share the project with clients?
Yes. The Notion template has a public-read view that hides internal sprint commentary and shows only milestones, status, and deliverables. Toggle in template settings.
